General Rules All other smoking designated to the backyard ( Vape pen is ok indoors) No Loud music outdoors after 10pm Outside catering is allowed Outside vendors are allowed and must remove all items after reservation ends Indoor Refrigerator access available Outdoor refrigerator available FILMING, PHOTO SHOOTS & PRODUCTION Please be upfront with what you are looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success! IF you are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music videos or advertising campaigns, please contact us through the message center to discuss details, pricing and availability. Please include the following: -Total number of crew and talent -Desired Date(s) -Exact hours (ie. 7am-7pm) Including load-in/load-out, setup, tear-down -Equipment and lighting specs OVERTIME All bookings start and end times are inclusive of set up and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our started hourly rate per Peerspace's policy. HOURLY RATE The posted price per hour is for a party/crew of 35 people max including crew and talent. Larger productions are welcome, we just need to discuss details regarding size and pricing. If you are late to your booking times will not be adjusted. NOISE We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noises to a minimum. Quiet hours are 10pm per City of Henderron. HOLDS Dates are available on first book/first serve basis and will not be held without deposit or reservation. ACCESS The driveway can fit 4 vehicles. Additional parking can be found on the street in front of the house or the side streets close to the home as well as across the street from the house. Parking in other driveways is prohibited and the owner is subject to tow at their expense. CLEANING & DAMAGE Cleaning fee is included in production and off site bookings. There will be a $140 cleaning fee for events. Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup teardown time in your booking hours. Please take care of our space. No nails, screws, staples, penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed inside the property. There is no frying allowed indoors. NO GLITTER CAN BE USED ON PROPERTY.
