About the Space

Our office is allocated over 1.5 floors with the second floor being a mezzanine. Hot desks on the first floor are hardwired with power making it easy to work and connect. On the main level there is a reception area, sound proof phone booth, conference room with A/V tech, kitchen, bathroom and office services (printing, fax etc). There is an outdoor patio just outside our front doors and we have patio furniture. The upper level hosts 2 small individual meeting rooms, a small section of hot desks and a second conference room with A/V technology. We share our second level with a wholesale business that has a display space - this area is not for rent and would be discussed if we need to move it. Windows abound in North and West facing directions giving us great light throughout the day. We have secondary stationary lighting to assist on those short daylight days. The vibe is bright, airy, contemporary and nods to industrial.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
