This is a rentable creative space for all visionaries of Dallas. Located in Dallas Texas, we provide 3 unique studio spaces. Our warehouse studio option is perfect for Videography, Photoshoots , Film Screenings or even Pop Up events. - High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has additional space outdoors

Honestly one of the most pleasant experiences from PeerSpace thus far...the rules and communication were laid out and easy to follow, very timely; the owner was extremely professional from scheduling the walk through to being of great assistance the day of the shoot. Im definitely doing business here again and suggest anyone looking for a safe & clean studio to put this location at the top of your list
