About the Space

Our meeting room can gather 7-8 people at a time. We offer free guest wifi. Perfect for small group meetings or small group classes. We’re located in a prime location near downtown Herndon, only 16 minutes from Tysons Corner, minutes away from Rt286 and Rt267. Our meeting room features a 55" 4K UHD TV combination with Portal TV and 48" whiteboard and necessary tools. 8K HDMI cable for TV (laptop to TV) The meeting room table has power outlets for your laptops and phone charging.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer

Great room, well appointed. Amazing location. Top notch host! Room had full AV hookups, a nice whiteboard and TV, easy access to power, and comfortable chairs.

Great place. Everything is as advertised. Bolor is very responsive and great to work with. Excellent for meetings and conferences, and especially convenient for any photography work. Great location.
