Photography Studio for 360° Product / Fashion Model Shoots

Big Turntable's Studio is a modern, fully outfitted, ADA accessible photo studio and creative studio located in the heart of Gunbarrel, north of Boulder. This 2,450-square foot open industrial-feel space is divided in two parts: (1) FRONT SPACE and (2) BACK SPACE. 1 - FRONT SPACE: A roughly 1,200-sf space in the front of the studio with polished concrete flooring and 10 foot high ceilings. This space features our patented Big Turntables built into the floor of a 12-ft x 12-ft platform that is used for 360° lifestyle product photography and videography. There are several large windows with roll up blinds that allow natural sunlight in for beautiful lifestyle photography and portrait photography, amongst other needs. 1 - BACK SPACE: A roughly 1,250-sf space in the back of the studio features our 16-ft x 16-ft cyclorama wall (aka infinite wall) with our custom built overhead lighting rig. This rig is equipped with overhead bay Lutron Ariadni lights with 3 sets of dimmers for a wide range of adjustable lighting What is unique about this cyclorama wall is it features our patented Big Turntable built into the floor of the cyc wall, making it the world's ONLY cyc wall with a rotating floor that allows you to do 360 photography and multi angle photography easily and quickly. It is truly a one-of-a-kind space. The entire space is climate controlled. Your rental includes Wi-Fi, an on site Studio Manager, use of kitchenette/bathroom, privacy shades, ample parking in the front and back of the studio, posing chairs/stools, several dining tables, desks, chairs, lounge chairs, and other furniture pieces for lifestyle photography as well as lighting equipment and tripods for photoshoots (full list is listed below). (All equipment and furniture is included with our space.) The Studio is approximately 2,450 square feet of renovated space, which is available for rent as follows: - FRONT SPACE can be rented by half or full day for $500 and $1,000 - BACK SPACE can be rented by half or full day for $500 or $1,000 - ENTIRE SPACE can be rented by half or full day for $900 or $1,800 The studio is available to the general public for small events, business meetings, seminars, or photographers/videographers and other creatives. We are located in Boulder, Colorado in the town of Gunbarrel. We are immediately north of Beyond the Mountain Brewing along the diagonal highway and about one mile from downtown Gunbarrel. STUDIO FEATURES AND AMENITIES LOUNGE SPACE / KITCHENETTE / RESTROOM Upon entering the studio you will enter an open modern space with polished concrete floors and floor to ceiling windows that face west for constant soft light all day. The "Big Platform" in the back of the room is our patent-pending stage that can be used for lifestyle photography, specifically 360° lifestyle photography. This stage is 12 feet x 12 feet and is decorated to appear as a standalone room but with a very unique twist: our patented Big Turntable is built right into the floor! This allows you to place an object in the center of the room and you can then rotate the floor to take photographs of your object(s) from a variety of angles. It is a unique one-of-a-kind feature that you can not find anywhere in the world. Our kitchenette is equipped with a sink, mini-fridge, microwave and dishwasher. We ask that large groups (5+) bring their own cutlery and dishware to utilize for longer shoots. Adjacent to the kitchenette is the bathroom, which is kept spotless and is equipped with plenty of hand soap and lotion for ample hydration during photoshoots.
