The house is available for your use and enjoyment. The deck enables a gorgeous Bay view through the branches of a big, beautiful evergreen; we call it "The Nest". This house was one of the first on the hill in 1938 and has been completely renovated in the last 2 years. The gas fireplace warms the living room, creating cozy vibes with artisan-made blankets and artwork collected from travels around the world. You can dine at the round glass table and serve cocktails on the live-edge walnut counter. The kitchen is fully equipped for whipping up a delicious meal or an insta-worthy charcuterie board. The bedroom is lovingly decorated with a form + function vintage 1960s light fixture, velvet teal queen bed, and a fuzzy sheepskin rug. Full bath is just down the hall to freshen up. Venture up the exterior stairs to the private office that is a newly-constructed auxiliary room and detached from the house. I built this space to be a quiet, creative haven to support in-person meetings, focused online workshops, and uninterrupted writing It offers excellent wifi and a sweeping, deep-breath-inducing view of the San Francisco Bay. The Nest is just 15 minutes south of the Mission in SF. Conveniently, it's also 12 minutes north of the airport (but don't worry, thanks to civic activism the runways at SFO re-direct planes away from Brisbane so there's no jet noise).
