The house is a 3-Bdrm / 2-bath 1750 sqft, one level single family residence in Long Beach. It sits on a 7000 sqft property with a large, partially landscaped, open yard. The home was just renovated in November 2022. Inside the home there is a open floor plan, large living room, a large, spacious kitchen with large island and new convection oven and new cooktop. The dining room table opens up to comfortably seat 14 people. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room before you reach the playroom/workroom. There is a new powder room at the entrance of the house w a barn door closure. The living room has three couches which can be reconfigured and each couch opens up to a queen size bed. It also has a projector and screen above the fireplace and a hammock chair. Down the hallway are all three bedrooms. The first has a twin trundle bed which has a 2nd twin underneath it, a desk, a bookcase, and closet. There is also a tank with a snake! The 2nd bedroom has two lofted twin beds with desks underneath them, a oversized rocking chair, dresser, and closet. There is a larger full bathroom for the bedrooms to share. It has a bathtub, sink vanity, and toilet. The large master bedroom has a king bed, horizontal and vertical dressers, flat screen TV, closet, and door to the backyard. There is also a newly renovated master bathroom in August 2022 with a dual sink vanity, free-standing bathtub, bidet toilet, and TV. The backyard has a firepit, extra large enclosed trampoline, pond, and grassy space with three gñass doors from the house to enter it. There is a two-car garage which is currently used for storage but there are plans to turn it into a photography/filming studio. Street parking is plentiful as there are no multi-family complexes in the neighborhood.
