Bright Mid-Century Historic Adobe House

Our beautiful, bright 1600 square foot mid-century Adobe house has mountain views and a 600 square foot bamboo deck, and is located on a hilltop above Highland Park, a booming neighborhood of restaurants and venues just 10 minutes from downtown. The house sits atop Montecito Heights, facing sunset and panorama views of the San Gabriel Mountains. Known to residents as the 'Wilderness in the City,' it is a small, eclectic, community centric neighborhood that claims the Audubon Center, the Historic Heritage Square Museum and the Lummis Home within its territory. As a young man, the painter Jackson Pollock lived in the neighborhood and would visit the nearby Southwest Museum for inspiration!
