About the Space
Rent the entire space for your unique private event. Whether it be a party, fashion show, or art show, the possibilities are endless. The space includes existing installations, lighting, tables, and chairs. There's also a party suite with a 50" screen television and 2 photo sets. There are 2 bathrooms on site.

An abundance of parking is available in the plaza parking lot.
General Rules
No touching or disturbing the existing installations.
No running.
No smoking.
No food outside of the party room.
No pets. (except service animals)
No loitering outside of the venue.
Agreement with the site host must be made to serve beer and wine.

Security cameras and recording devices
The studio contains several security cameras in all common areas for the safety and protection of the guests, staff, and property.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Space is cleaned in between bookings. High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.
The space was huge with many options for photo backdrops, just as depicted! The staff was extremely kind and helpful and flexible. Everyone had a great time, we hope to be back soon!
