About the Space
Our photo studio offers professional photography services for all occasions. From portraits and headshots and product photography. the Studio is set up so that you're shooting against white paper and you can move minimal furniture around the studio, like an arm chair or the point stool if needed. We equip the studio for you and offer different camera bodies upon request.

General Rules
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment
- Respect the value and integrity of people and property
- We will report damages, problems, and any concerns immediately to the studio personnel
- We will NOT use paint, powders, and liquids that may affect the studio interior and electronic equipment.
- Don't cut background paper just to remove small blemishes on the paper
- We won’t step on background paper with outside shoes. If outside shoes are required for a photo session we’ll use a towel and water to wipe them clean.
- We’ll avoid eating and drinking inside the shooting area. We will keep all food and drinks in the pantry and properly dispose consumable in the trash bins.
- Respect our neighbors and keep the sound level down. (Other businesses and residents occupy this building.)
- We realize some studio equipment is only available by request with advance notice.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras through the building including the studio. The studio camera can be turned on or off within the studio by the user.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
