This modern home provides several beautiful spaces for a variety of different events and uses. 🌟Very large Tiki Hut with ample seating (and games!) is perfectly situated among the tropical landscaping. 🌟Oversized and fully fenced green space. 🌟Inside you will be greeted by comfortable and welcoming décor in a mid-century color palate. 🌟Large working area inside the home for larger meetings and gatherings. 🌟Fully-stocked kitchen 🌟Three bedrooms, that can each be used as spacious changing zones all with large closets. 🌟 two full bathrooms 🌟Can accommodate 9 overnight guests, if needed. Perfect for : ✅meetings, company events, team building, lunch and learns, business meetings, ✅photo, film, lifestyle, magazine or product shoot (no nudity) ✅YouTube & SM Reels, Podcasts/Interviews ✅Celebrations/Bridal Showers/ Workshops/ Proposal (but please note that this is not a party home).

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

Kate and Kim were, in my opinion, fantastic to work with. Response time was 1-5 days and with a follow-up email or message, that time is even shorter. The space appeared as advertised and I was not disappointed at any aspect of the house. I filmed a short film entitled "Perfect Death" in this space and it is expected to release next Halloween.
