About the Space
Open floor plan ranch with modern updates. White walls throughout with plenty of natural light. Our large fireplace in the back adds cozy character and anchors the space. Kitchen is spacious and recently remodeled. Backyard also available - fully fenced with garden, covered deck, and very private.

3 Car driveway accessed via alley way located behind the house. Free street parking for 2-3 vehicles in front of house. We ask for visitors to respect our neighbor's and try to keep vehicles to specified parking locations. Thank you!

General Rules
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed on the premises. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke.

Security cameras located outside on garage for parking spaces and doorbell at front. There is an additional camera in the backyard that only runs when we're away. We have a pin pad with code for access to the home, this will be off at time of booking.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
In addition to covid measures, we also work to keep dust and allergen free. We have two dogs, so if you're sensitive to animal dander please take appropriate steps to protect yourself!
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
