General Rules

Outside catering is allowed Outside DJ is allowed Outside Decorator is allowed Your own Bartender is allowed and must be licensed. Your own photographer is allowed You can charge cover fees at the door. Parties can last up to 2 am in the morning Basic cleaning is your responsibility after the event is over. No smoking or illegal drugs are allowed in the building. No firearms are allowed in the building unless you are hired security. No selling of alcohol unless licensed No alcohol is to be served to minors All parties must operate within the legal guidelines of the state of Florida. If the party is for underaged children no alcohol is allowed. A Certificate of Insurance is required A Deposit of $600 is required A signed contract with Abrahams Properties is required

Security cameras and recording devices

Security Cameras are outside Around the Building and Inside the Center of the building. Security will be on for 24 hours.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Space is cleaned before every event and the renter is required to clean after their own event.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
