This Studios is a New York City based production company offering creative spaces and multi-media equipments at an affordable rate. Price varies per booking; ex : nights, weekends and capacity. At our location, we provide multiple spaces for Podcasts, Team Meetings, Photoshoots, Video Shoots, Interviews, Private Parties (Covid Safe), Release Parties, Karaoke, Pop Up Shops, Sip n Paints, Baby shower's and more! Our Equipment's Are Available For Use : 4x Microphone 2x GVM Light 1x Television (65") 1x Projector (Wall Utilized For Blank Screen) 1x Mac Desktop 8x Nanlite 4x Backdrop (White, Black, Red and Green Color) Our Photographer's and Editors Are Also Available for Referral or Add On's (Audio & Visual) At our location, the building provides : - Kitchen (Upon Request Only) - Quiet and Private Location (Limited Public Access) - Great Parking (Vast Street Parking, Please Read Signs) Studio is also available at an extra cost for all 420 Friendly Experiences. We offer great spaces for celebrations and byob gatherings. Searching for additional packages? We offer monthly deals to any guest/s that are interested in memberships with prices as low as $500 for podcast, photography and videography access. Please reach out to us for more information on our monthly options, starting as low as $15/hour. Please, drink responsibly while on premises. We do not accept Hookah in several spaces, yet upon request we can curate a custom order per our other studio's to match your hookah requests. Party packages are differently priced based on capacity, time, date, amenities and availabilities.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:

Awesome space. Rosa was very nice and helpful, as well as her staff person Geo who was great! Very cool guy and helped us get set up with everything. Space was perfect for our group of 15, and could have comfortably accommodated our original guest count of 25. I liked the flexibility of the space and the overall building was cool. Only thing in the beginning that made me nervous was upon my initial call, everything went straight to voicemail. But that was literally my only concern, which was not that big a deal. Thank you!

Yes, I would book again.

Rosa was such a great commuNicator, and the space was perfect! Art was amazing as well, very helpful upon checking in, providing everything we needed for my baby shower, being sure to check in during the event they everything was going well. Very courteous and friendly. I would def book again or recommend to anyone I know to host their next event in this space! Our event was a success. Thank you so much Rosa and Art.

Yes, I would book again.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my experience booking this space. From the moment I saw the beautiful pictures, which by the way representatives of the reality, Rosa replied very fast, then working with Art at the event, who didn't stop to constantly impressed me. Everything was absolutely perfect. An impeccable comunication topped by an extremely friendly and helpful hand on every situation that occurred. I had a beautiful event, my guests were truly impressed and I'm very happy with the outcome. I'll definitely book again this great space and I highly recommend to enyone interested.
