Owned by two veterans of Television who understand production needs, timings, access and requirements. Located on a double lot situated on a quiet dead end tree-lined street. 5 Bed Room, 3.5 Bath. Resort-like backyard with palm trees, gorgeous fountain, waterfall pool, designer Italian kitchen, cabana bath & bbq. Mahagony wood windows & doors, spacious master bedroom with large marble shower, bathtub, dual vanities and a large wraparound balcony overlooking a lush backyard. Guest House has two extra rooms and full-bath not accessible to the main house which can serve as makeup/wardrobe and talent rooms. Villa is completely gated and private and is walking distance to Village of Merrick Park and Miracle Mile.
