Our beautiful renovated home would work great for shoots in the living room, kitchen, and outdoor space. Good for outdoor workout shoots, interviews, commercials in the kitchen, lifestyle commercial in the backyard. Our beautiful home professionally designed with amazing views only 15 min from Downtown San Diego and Coronado Beach. Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio as the sun goes down or take a night time dip in the jacuzzi - the little house on the Prairie got it all!

General Rules
We don't allow:
- No smoking allowed

- No noise between 9:00pm - 9:00am.
- No unauthorized guests at the property

Security cameras and recording devices
There is a front door camera to monitor amount of people at the property.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
There would be a $120 cleaning fee for the usage of the space regardless of how long the space is rented for.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
