About the Space

Resort level waterfront pool located on a private waterfront estate. And activities on the private island of Bal Harbour. Additional options include lighted professional tennis court and a waterfront volleyball court on grass. All areas are lighted for evening use. We do not provide catering or rental of any required tables, chairs or other items. However, we will accommodate any catering company and party rental company you may choose. Pricing start at $400 per hour for 5 persons or less for swim usage only. Additional persons and events will be quoted based on the event, quantity of persons and other specifics. Please request a quote for your specific event.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
