Located near the Capitol One arena and featuring an amazing view of the Washington Monument, our rooftop offers the ideal space for team meetings, off-sites, presentations, board meetings, corporate workshops, and more. Versatile enough to host groups up to 50 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 40 - Chairs and tables - Two BBQ grills - Wifi - Natural Light - Restrooms - Views **The TVs in the space are not available for use** IMPORTANT GUIDELINES: - The reservation is for the left side of the roof only (everything seen in the pictures). The right side of the roof (not shown in the pictures) is still available to residents of the building. - A guest list of attendees will need to be provided to the building concierge before every event. All guests attending events will be required to show valid ID to concierge upon arrival. FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
