Please return space in the state that it was given to you. The cleaning fee is for a cleaning service to wash and change sheets, and light cleaning for the next guest. Please place dishes and silverware in the dishwasher and run prior to leaving. Excessive cleaning needed to be deducted from your deposit... If the house is left in a messy state, we will charge $100 for every extra hour of cleaning required.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
