About the Space

We strive to offer a clean and ample facility at affordable rates. This bright, well lit space is 1500 sq. ft with 12ft ceilings, and polished concrete floors. We're conveniently located off of the 405 near John Wayne Airport. A member of the staff will always be available to answer questions. Your hourly rental includes: Wifi Extension cords Black out blinds Folding tables Chairs 50+Parking spots Clean gender-neutral restroom Cleaning supplies Air conditioning and heating Please see the add ons section for available equipment for rent.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves

This place was awesome!! 5 stars!!! The staff was amazing and made it all so easy from the first moment of contact. Convenient, helpful, great communication. They were very accommodating and helpful with all questions, requests, and went above and beyond. The space was air conditioned, clean, fully equipped with what we needed. The lighting and all aspects of photo shoot environment were perfect. Extras were readily available for rent. I am so impressed and cannot wait to use them again. The whole team was a joy to work with and we had such a positive experience. Our photographers were happy with the space and features and it was all straightforward & easy.

I booked this space for my yoga shoot, originally it was supposed to be outside but the weather was too hot! In a rush to book a place fast, I found this space and Sammy was great!! He responded quickly, which I appreciated because this was last minute booking! The space was nice and clean, spacious, props, vanity to do hair and make up. Easy access to the bathroom. Lots of lighting equipment for rental. While I did not use it this time because the photographer and I brought our own, it was nice to know if ours stopped working we had access to it. Lots of natural light , but you can close the curtains if you don’t want the natural light. Overall it was a super easy process! I will definitely be booking again! Thank you Sammy!!

Great experience. They bent over to accommodate my needs. Had lots of backdrops for Great headshots. Nice big studio. Will book again.
