Booking Information: - Requires a minimum of 1 hour. - Early arrivals are not allowed. - Renters must enter at their start booking time and leave at the end to respect other people time. This Space is perfect for Maternity, Family, Boudoir, Couples, Bridals, Wedding, and Children Portraits. The Images in Listing are Part of the Rental; Included: the couches, chairs, props, flowers, and the sets for ease. Bathrooms are located in the building but not inside of our studio. The studio is kept nice and cool to ensure your clients remain comfortable and relaxed. We Provide 7 different walk up sets. Furniture is provided based on the look you are after. *Bookings require a minimum of 1 hour. Most Clients are booked back-to-back, so early arrivals are not allowed. All Renters will enter at their start booking time, and walk out at the end of their booking time as to respect other renter's time.
