About the Space
Step to our cozy Photo/Film Studio located in the historic Fulton Cotton Mill Lofts. With 20ft ceilings, and designer furniture, this space is perfect for all of your creative needs. Whether it's a photo or video shoot, podcast recording, or content creation, this studio is sure to inspire your imagination and bring your ideas to life. Located just a short walk from the Edgewood and Krog Street Tunnel, the studio is easily accessible and comes with a free parking lot. With a seated capacity of 5 and a restroom, you'll have everything you need to make your shoot a success. The space is also adorned with plants, giving it a natural and refreshing vibe. The studio is designed with a timeless brick wall and has a cozy open concept living space perfect for set design. The green velvet couch provides a perfect spot for lounging between shots and the plants give the space a natural and refreshing feel. Please note that no lighting or production equipment is available in the studio, so you will need to bring your own equipment. Also, when booking, you should allow for setup and breakdown time. Any bookings that go over time will be charged at the full hourly rate.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Fantastic spot. It was exactly as described and the space has amazing light. The host was super accommodating with my needs for my photoshoot; Helping to move some smaller furniture items, provided easy access to wifi, and even met me at the entrance to walk me to the unit and make sure I was good to go. Will definitely be booking again.
