About the Space
Dinners, tastings, and workshops work well with the 16 person dining table. Electric heaters warm the dining area and chairs can be removed to host creative workshops. Great for different types of occasions including: birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers and work meetings. 8 chairs surround a gas fireplace for a more relaxed vibe. 3 bar stools surround the bar 8’5” console can act as a buffet table for serving. Music is played though TV or commanding the 2 Alexa speakers to play a general station on Spotify. Restroom is located inside home and is accessible through double doors in the back yard. Allowed 30 minutes complimentary to set up, and 30 minutes complimentary to clean up. Any additional time will be charged. All items must be removed from space, but trash can be disposed of on site in the trash cans (unless you are a food vendor). All food vendors must take trash with them including food waste and grease. No confetti, fireworks, or powder bombs. No DJs, or live music. No bounce houses. No foam parties.

My experience was amazing. First bre and her husband have done the most wonderful job in their house and the backyard is stunning. You can feel the love and thought put into the minute you walk in. The space was inviting and so enjoyable. Everyone at my party was blown away by the set up outside. Such an easy way to throw a good party and keep everyone happy. Thank you Bre!!

I recently threw a bridal shower for 16 people at a this back yard venue and I have to say, it was absolutely perfect. The space was stunning and exactly what we were looking for. What really stood out to us was the amazing service we received from the host. From the very beginning, they were extremely responsive and answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. They were also incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for the event. They even helped us bring items to and from the car, which was a huge help. Overall, the entire experience was wonderful and we will definitely be booking with this venue again in the future. Thank you so much to the host for helping make this bridal shower so special and enjoyable!

Bre and Josh were so kind and accommodating! They stuck around while we were setting up and even helped us unload our decor, food, etc. I've had experiences in the past where a place looks super amazing in photos, but doesn't deliver in person. Their space surpassed my expectations! It was immaculate & you could tell it was designed with a lot of intention. The 3 hours we rented it for flew by because we were having such a delightful time. It was SO CUTE and we took amazing pictures. It is honestly so picture ready I didn't even need to bring extra decor. The whole experience was wow! Even my friends were complimenting everything and super curious about how I found such a cute space.11/10!!!! We had an amazing time! Thank you both so much.

Oh my goodness, let me tell you about the most amazing experience we had at Bre's beautiful backyard for our baby shower! It was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we contacted Bre, she was like a ray of sunshine, always available and super quick in responding to all our inquiries. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the place and kept asking how we managed to discover such a gem. All we could say was, "Luck was definitely on our side!"
