I literally cannot expressed how amazing this venue space is, oh my goodness. If you are thinking about booking, just do it, and do it immediately, I promise you will be beyond happy. Bill is extremely professional and personable. His home is such a vibe that is so unique, that your guests will continue to rave about it after the party ,AND they will inquire about booking for themselves! lol! I absolutely recommend this space 12/10. This place is beyond perfect and will surpass all of your expectations, I guarantee it.

Bill is an exceptional host. Upon securing his spot for a music video shoot, I was thoroughly impressed by his active involvement in the entire production. He not only assisted in rearranging items and organizing equipment but also went the extra mile by tidying up spills and generously providing me with an extension cable when I had forgotten mine at home. His contributions were instrumental in ensuring the shoot's success. His empathy and dedication shone through, guaranteeing a smooth experience. Describing his living space, I could praise it endlessly. It mirrors the images provided here precisely - meticulously maintained and tastefully adorned. If you have an affinity for design and African carvings, you'll undoubtedly find his place enchanting. Bill truly embodies the epitome of a well-rounded host, and his exceptional service has deepened my appreciation for utilizing Peerspace.

This was a beautiful moment to say the very least! Had an intimate musical get together for my birthday, my loved ones loved the space even more, the design, art, colorings! Easy experience in and out, absolutely no issues! , Bill is the bestest, most accommodating host. I am glad I could showcase this house and its magical glory to my peers who I knew would appreciate its reflection of me. Its enthrall is transcending. Will be doing more things here in the future

Would I book again???? Man WHAT?!?! For sure!!! This was my very first time booking through PeerSpace, and Bill was a Godsend. From the 1st time I reached out with 50/11 questions, to him accommodating a quick tour before booking. The experience in booking with Bill is as good as the pictures look. His place is stunning in person, but also the energy of his space is very warm and inviting. You can tell by the decor, that he put a lot of thought and effort into the flow and design. Bill is very attentive, helpful, pleasant, and highly responsive. My attendees raved about this location also. I chose the right spot for my event, and I got the best host ever. 10/10!
