Creative venue with pool & cabana, stage & piano
About the Space
Formerly a French restaurant and inn, this is a new venue for high end, small weddings, parties and music. There is a Roland piano in the living room as well as an outdoor stage. The pool has a new 40' long cabana. There are outdoor patios, an enclosed solarium like front porch. Decor is completely eclectic featuring original works of art. Cannot be used for commercial endeavors without the approval of the owner. No smoking indoors and only in designated areas. Must provide proof of insurance using either a policy provider such as www.theeventhelper.com OR naming Dreams Come True LLC as additionally insured on your own homeowners policy for $1M. You MUST have a special rider if you are going to use the pool and all guests will be asked to sign a waiver prior to using the pool. There can be no alcohol in the pool. Thank you!

Health and Safety Measures
The home is cleaned well before arrival. There is a cat secured on the premises. The cleaning fee includes cleaning and sanitizing the interior (dining room, bathroom, etc...) and exterior (pool, wiping down furniture, etc...) and does not include the request that all trash must be bagged at the end of the event.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
