Welcome to: Imperial Backyard Rental! Nice spacious backyard available for events at reasonable rates. Location: Grand neighborhood. This is very nice quality neighborhood in Riverside. Client can rent their tables, chairs, tent, decorations. Our yard is big so any vision you have for your event can most likely become a reality. I would say it could fit about 125 people. It has space to set up a catering service, bar, dance floor. It also has a covered indoor patio that can be used for catering, food, bar or other type of set up. 3 on-site parking spaces and plenty of free street parking in front of property. Extra notes: *What we offer is our backyard & indoor patio. *Bathrooms: Bathroom rental is required (such as a porta-potty, bathroom trailer, etc). There are some nice low cost cost options now at days and we have the space where to place these rentals. *Loud noise has to end by 10:00pm per Riverside ordinance. *Day of facility coordinator (which is me) included at no extra cost! *Event Insurance is required for any accidentals. This something I can coordinate and it's afforadable. *We have the availability to provide a dressing room with its personal bathroom (only to be used my the main clients). This is an extra option that the client can ask about and make prior arrangements with us before completing booking.
