About the Space
The space is all one level - great for meetings, photo shoots and events. There is a full kitchen, dining table, spacious living room with natural light, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The outdoor is incredible with outdoor seating under 2 huge oak trees with a view of the Austin skyline.

Parking description
There are two parking permits available for immediate street parking. Nearby streets have plenty of street parking. The home is very centrally located, so walkability is great and public transportation is nearby.
General Rules
No smoking.
Day and evening use only, no overnight stays.
No loud music, as the home is within a residential neighborhood. Please treat our neighbors with respect.
Setup and cleanup must be a part of booking hours.
No nails, screws, or penetrating items should be used on our walls.
Damages to the walls, floors, furniture, etc will be billed to the credit card on file.
Please contact in advance if any furniture needs to be moved as that will incur an extra fee.

There are security cameras on the exterior of the home.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The home is cleaned throughly in between visits. Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes will also be provided. The indoor/outdoor living provides great ventilation.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
