Whether you need a space for family & friends to gather, a place to host a private picnic, outside movie, themed dinner, romantic date night, or if you need creative space to create content, have a photo shoot, doing virtual/remote work, layover nap, traveling temp careers… Our house of vibes is a home providing a safe space just for you. Set up & decorations can be added as well, just contact for more information on how to hire. Guest will be able to rent 4 different ways: 1. Full house/Partial room access: $200 per hour * Max hours 24 * Access to two rooms, full bath and half, kitchen & full down stairs * Loft (upstairs) * Livingroom space empty & open for entertainment purposes (set up for private dinner date, dinner party, buffet set up, kids slumber party, kids play area, etc) * Backyard & screened lanai * Outside theater available * Gate entrance * No access to owners suite and garage 2. $150 per hour Full access to bottom half house inside and out 3. Outside only: $100 per hour * Screened in lanai/porch * Gate entrance * No interior access, must order portal potties 4. Bottom half house: $80 per hour * Kitchen (available for use) * Livingroom space empty & open for entertainment only (set up for private dinner date, dinner party, buffet set up, kids slumber party, kids play area, etc) * Half bath * No outside access
