About the Space

If you're looking for a beautiful beach view for a serene event space, or simply needing a creative space for content creation then you've come to the right place. Our rooftop deck in the heart of Venice Beach offers an open 533 sqft space to use for a yoga experience, soundbath, a beachy photo/video shoot, or for a small gathering/event space - this space is open to one's imagination. We have a large couch, 3 larger basket-styled chairs, and a small electric fire pit so that you and your guests can relax and enjoy the view. Our rooftop view faces west so you're sure to always catch the best sunsets.

There is a parking lot available off Speedway Dr., right next to building. Parking is $15/day. There is additional paid parking on Rose, or if you wish street parking. Please read all signs.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
