Suburban Queen Ann Victorian home 13 miles outside of NYC

Approximately 4 cars can park on the property and plenty of free street parking is available.

This home has both many windows in each room and lots of light. The foyer and stairway is the least lit because we have a front porch that casts shade throughout the day and a stained-glass window on the second level of the staircase (of three levels). Sun rises on the back of the house (room #1, dining room and kitchen) and sets towards the front( living room, study, and bedrooms #2 or Bedroom #3).

The home is on a relatively quiet street while lots of space between homes. There is some street noise (cars passing, etc) during rush hour and sometimes the sounds of children walking to school. We have AC window units in the summer and a whole house fan, but these can be operated by film crew.

Ground Floor

We are on a residential street that allows street parking. There is a driveway and a small lot for cars or truck to park. The house is accessible on the ground level which is approximately 4 steps above ground level.

Full voltage with lots of outlets in each room and along the staircase.

No smoking or use of illegal substances on the premises. No pets or animals allowed inside the house. No pornographic filming. No use of any pyrotechnics, explosives, gas or smoke devices. No wetting or flooding of interior floors. No altering or drilling into or otherwise penetrating any parting of the building structure.
