About the Space
This breathtaking one of a kind multi use space is just steps from the iconic Liberty State Park in Jersey City. The space includes an open gallery that can hold up to 40 chairs, a large table that can seat 18 people, a large commercial kitchen, private bathroom & shower, and an expansive outdoor garden and patio with multiple seating and layout options. The space is perfect to shoot videos, photos and any media production. We currently do not include any equipment with the rental but can refer you to multiple production teams that can assist with your project. Our adjacent cafe can also provide catering ! Please note : this is a vegan space and we do not allow cooking or serving animal products. Thank you!

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
