We have a large parking lot with easy access to studio space.

The primary studio space does not have natural light and is dependant on having lights set up, however, one of the smaller studios has natural light.

The space is very quiet except for the heating system can introduce a small amount of noise if recording audio.

Ground Floor

equipment can be loaded in through the studio door once access is granted.

Green Room

The electrical panel is located in the closet in the kitchen area. It is a sub-panel for the building so it will only effect Iconium office space. We have computers plugged in so making sure to only turn breakers on if tripped. The building is powered with 120v

1. Access - please enter at 168 Premier Way which is the south facing entrance. The entrance will be locked, but please message us through Peer Space at your arrival, and a host will meet you at the door. 2. Upon access, our host will ensure your lighting is set up, and provide a brief training of the space (the paper rolls are on a remote system). 3. The Cyc wall - there are covers for shoes, and a moving blanket that can be used while you are preparing for your photoshoot. The floor scuffs easily, and we are requiring it to stay clean, or painting costs may apply. Once you are prepared to shoot, the shoe covers and floor covering can be moved. 4. Furniture and props: You are entitled to 3 pieces of furniture from the add-ons. Please select 3 that you will not be charged for. 5. Basic lighting: Iconium Media will set up basic lighting, and should it need to be moved, please request your host to assist with that. 6. Green room: This space is available for your use. There is a clothing rack, make up table, mirror and amenities while you get prepared. There is a light on the outside of the door — it will be “red” indicating the room is in use, and providing you with privacy. 7. Studio space: Your booking is for this studio space. 8. Kitchen and bathrooms: These are common space, and need to be respected as such during work hours. Access from the studio to the green room will go through the common area. We ask that persons are attired at all times and respectful of the professional environment during business hours. Water bottles provided in the green room are for you, but all other food & drink in the kitchen is not available for consumption 9. Upon completion, we ask that all items are returned to the position that Iconium Media team placed them in and that all garbage is removed. Additional cleaning services would be applied should the need arise, however, basic use and a tidied and clean environment would not requirement. 10. Any damages will be the responsibility and handled according to Peerspace process. 11. We look forward to you creating in this beautiful space! Thank you! Enjoy!
