About the Space
We are a new restaurant/cafe with a kitchen, barista counter, indoor and outdoor seating, moveable tables, one large television facing a small lounge area consisting of a couch and chairs, and one gender-neutral bathroom. The decor is feminine and chic, consisting of chandeliers, mirrors, and beautiful decor.

Parking description
The parking lot is shaped like an "L," so there are limited spaces directly in front of the suite, and a large parking lot along side the building for the entire plaza.
General Rules
• No smoking or vaping inside the suite.
• Outside catering is allowed. A contract must be signed waiving the Lister's liability regarding food.
• This address has 2COP license to sell wine and beer. Spirits are not permitted unless outside catering is used that holds a license.
• No loud music before 5pm during weekdays.
• There is a Staffing fee included in the cost, which is $40/hour (minimum 2 staff for parties of 10 or more) even if outside catering is used.
• Food, beverage, and additional seats/tables not included in room rental cost.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras that face the front entrance and back entrance for inside and outside the space. The cameras will be on at all times.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

We are a restaurant, so we are held to the highest standards of health code.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
