Located right on the A Street corridor, this is your opportunity to bring together your part-time, hybrid, or work-from-home team in a comfortable, professional, and functional setting. The ground-level, retail-style space is uniquely bright and visible, with direct access to A Street. With large, dedicated desks, the office easily accommodates 6 workers. For group meetings and conferences, the space comfortably accommodates 12 or more.

General Rules
Do not attempt to access locked cabinets.
Do not attempt to access the residential lobby or buzz the residential units upstairs (the office has direct access with its own door to A Street)
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Our camera will be disabled during your scheduled time. Outside your reserved times, the camera monitors the door. recording video and audio in the office.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Our office, including the workspaces and bathroom, is cleaned between bookings.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
