***FEBRUARY SPECIAL*** • Book 2 hours and get 1 hour free • Student Discount 15% off booking (must present student ID) • Swing by during our open studio hours Tuesday 12 - 1pm, or Friday 12 - 1 pm and check out the space before you finalize your booking. -------------------------------- This photo studio resides inside an art building in the middle of downtown San Jose near by 280 freeway exit. This space is best when utilized for photoshoot such as portraits, lifestyle, artistic style, and boudoir photography. The lighting is wonderful and well-light between 8am - 4pm. There is a powder area, a sink, restrooms, and props already in the space and ready to be used. Other amenities include a bluetooth speaker for music and power extension cables. Outside of the amenities we provide, we also have other essential amenities for rent such as lighting package and unique props such as the peacock chair. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
