About the Space
Space holds up to 100 people without tables and chairs. Works well with gaming, activities such as sip & paint, karaoke, game night/ day (cards, board games), content filming, runway modeling, live performance, corporate meetings, birthday parties and so much more. Also features a stage.

Very low traffic volume street behind a main road with plenty free street parking.
General Rules
No smoking, outside catering is allowed, no outside alcohol allowed. Do not touch any of the sound system, no one is allowed in DJ booth without permission. Any beverages including alcohol must be purchased from the bar.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Only cameras inside the gallery bar facing the bar, stage, back patio, exit and entrance.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a professional cleaning crew that comes by to clean every evening between bookings.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
