About the Space

This Downtown Penthouse is a 2 story loft in a one-of-a-kind Art Deco building located in the beautiful and thriving Downtown Mural District of Fresno, CA. Creative Studio & Penthouse available for Photoshoots, Video Shoots, Vlogs, Podcasts, & Events! We highly encourage Creators, Brands, Influencers & Artists to utilize this space for whatever creative needs they have. This Penthouse Features 7 Unique sets that can be utilized in any way the creator sees fit. From the Playboy Wall to the Multi-Color Backdrops, you will have a ton of areas to bring your ideas to life. Also it provides downtown scenic views with brick and cement walls upon entrance. This Space includes both a downstairs & upstairs area which you can utilize. Downstairs will include a kitchen, living area , bedroom and restroom for your enjoyment. Upstairs will contain the creative sets as well as a balcony & additional restroom area. We want this space to be a creators paradise. The sky is the limit with what you can produce here. Be as creative as you want to be!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
