About the Space
2.5 acre Country Property with a 3,000 sf Event Space featuring: Stage, sound, lighting, restroom, & tables & chairs for up to 100 max. occupancy. If more than 50 guests clients may arrange for additional porta potties at client's expense. The building was constructed as completely sound proof and has been used as a meeting space, a small event venue or for parties including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, baptisms, wedding & baby showers and quinceaneras. Additional services available include music rehearsals, music recording & production.

Lighting description
Our building is completely sound proof and there are no windows in the main seating area. Industrial lighting is controlled with additional stage lighting to adapt to client's needs.

Our building is completely soundproof as it was designed for music rehearsal, performance, recording & production work.

Equipment loading description
Double door access on both east & west side of building for loading equipment. Main single door entrance at the front of the building entering into a lobby area.
Staging area is available
Lobby or loft areas may be used as separate staging areas. Sound gobos can also be used to isolate space in the building.
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
The facility was built in 2018, the circuit breaker panel is located in the front lobby of the building and outlet placements throughout the building meet the Sonoma County building code requirements. In addition, there are outlets enbedded in the stage flooring as well.

General Rules
No smoking in the building
Outside catering or food trucks allowed (there is a refrigerator/freezer & sink on site but no full kitchen)
Alcohol may be served on the premises (NO selling of alcohol)
Clients must clean the space upon vacating & take all materials (including garbage with them)
Events MUST end no later than 11PM (including clean-up)
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
1M insurance rider for production insurance.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Owner may remove furniture to meet client's needs.
Sound fixtures may not be removed
Smoke machines are allowed

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning practices have changed to adopt COVID-19 guidelines including: tables, chairs, restroom, surfaces (table coverings should be disposable or rented through an vendor that launders appropriately)
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
The space has informational signage including:

Venue was great. hosts were so gracious and accommodating. The space was clean and charming. Everyone at our event loved the location. Would highly recommend this event space and will definitely use them again!!
