About the Space

The ballroom boasts a state-of-the-art professional lighting and audio system, providing a visually stunning and acoustically rich experience for events. The lighting system is designed to create dynamic, multi-layered effects that can be tailored to the mood of each event, while the audio system is engineered to deliver clear, powerful sound. In addition to the standard lighting and audio setup, the ballroom also features an LED wall, which can be rented for an extra charge. The LED wall provides a dynamic and engaging visual backdrop that can be used to display graphics, video, and other multimedia content, making it a great addition for concerts, presentations, and other events that require a high-impact visual display. The ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests for seated events and up to 400 guests for standing events, making it an ideal venue for a wide range of functions, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
