There is a bridge right beside our building that has tons of parking options + there is nearby street parking available.

Please read the rules below in full to ensure this is the right space for you. We absolutely love our studio and love having other photographers use it and in order to keep that going, we have to respect our landlords rules. -No smoking anywhere inside or outside the building. -No drugs. Alcohol is okay in moderation. It is your responsibility to ensure anyone drinking is of age. -No confetti or glitter. Must leave space exactly as you found it. -Your start time and end time includes your setup and breakdown. If you need extra time to setup/breakdown then you'll have to add time on when you book. -No parties. Professional shoots only. 1 photographer max per session (photographers cannot advertise their session time to other photographers). Doing this creates a lot of miscommunication/lack of communication on our house rules. Please reach out if you're looking to have more than one photographer during your session so we can chat further. -It is your responsibility to ensure minors have a parent present during their shoot. -All guests must stay in the space and cannot freely wander around the building at any time. No shoots in the hallways. Please keep kids inside the room at all times if you're doing family shoots :) -A representative from BobbiLo Studio must escort all guests into the space at your scheduled session times. We cannot give out any passcodes to the doors to anyone. Although a BobbiLo Studio rep will be somewhere onsite/in the building for the duration of your session, you will have full privacy in the space. -If you need access to the elevator, someone from BobbiLo Studio will have to escort you up and down it. The elevators cannot be used without us. -We cannot have clients waiting in the building before their session starts. Clients must be arrive at their scheduled time and be escorted to and from the space by you. -There is a closet in the space for changing as well as a bathroom on the same floor. -We love pets but must be respectful of our landlord and other tenants so please try to have them do their business away from the building and if they happen to use the grass at our building just make sure it gets cleaned up :) We appreciate you using our space so much.
