About the Space
Looking for making Christmas themed photos or videos? This modern farmhouse is a perfect location for you. We offer spacious 5 bedroom house with the unique design in wonderful countryside settings (25 minutes from Midtown Atlanta). Plenty of space and natural light. Huge backyard surrounded by mature trees, with a fire pit and a playground makes this house a great film location for family movies. A lot of parking space, friendly neighbours and very quiet serene settings. The house could be Christmas decorated or not decorated. Please contact us for more details.

Big driveway: can park for up to 6 cars. Street parking is available, too.
General Rules
We are asking for you to respect our home. Violation of our house rules will result in the immediate eviction without any refund.
This is a NO SMOKING PROPERTY.
Please do not smoke in the house or on any porches or decks.
FILM PERMIT. We require a film permit from a local film commission
INSURANCE. We require a Commercial liability insurance.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: We might require a refundable security deposit if your insurance coverage is not sufficient. Security deposit will be refunded to you the next day after the check out if there is no damage to the house and no violation of the house rules.
PARKING: Guests must park only in our parking lot, on the driveway and in the street in front of our house. Please make sure that your visitors are aware of the parking limitations, and use carpool or taxi.
CATERING is allowed outside, or in the garage.
ALCOHOL is not allowed.

Security cameras and recording devices
Three outdoor cameras that will be on. They monitor exterior doors only.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We hire a professional cleaner to clean and sanitise the house between booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
