This Studio Space Offers A Total Of 3 Rooms To Work With; Great WiFi Connection , Amazing Views, A Bathroom , & 3 Rooms To Choose From. Our Main Room (A) Is The Biggest Space To Work With. Room (A) Is The Living Room. It Has A TV, Fireplace, & Ceiling Fan/Light. ( Music Videos, Photoshoots, Content Creator Space, Short Films Are Mostly Created In Room (A). Room (B) Is The Second Biggest Area We Have. (THE GREEN SCREEN ROOM). It Is Mainly Used For Photoshoots or Content Creators. Room (C) Is The Smallest Room, But Is The Only Space With Closed Doors. (Room (C) Also Has A TV. This Place Also Has A Huge Backyard For Outside Work.

We Will Always Have Hand Soap In The Bathroom Downstairs. As Well as Hand-Sanitizer And Paper Towels. We Keep It Clean.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
