Diana L. booked an event for 50 people
The space is gorgeous. We hosted my husband's 40th birthday party there and the views and space was perfect. I did come across some issues during our event. Prior to booking, I was told I would be able to use the TV and music system for the event, however during the actual event, the manager of the day informed us that we were not able to use the audio and TV's due to licensing. Although we did come across this issue, it did not put a damper on the event. I would book the room again.

This is a lovely, versatile space with great views, as advertised. We used it for an important leadership team meeting for our non-profit. Note that it is the community space of a large building so others have access to it. If you are having a private event, be sure and request that the concierge or on-site team puts up their sign saying the space is closed for a private event.
