Large business parking lot with ample parking space. Parking spaces available in front, side and behind the building structure. You should never have a hard time finding parking especially outside of normal business hours (8-6pm).

Elevator

General Rules - No smoking or fire - No pets allowed - No kids unless in a photo shoot - All rentals include setup and teardown time - Furniture must be moved back to where you found it - Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking - Front door must be closed during your session - Your bookings includes time needed for setting up, breaking down, and cleaning up - We will not extend your booking if you are late DAMAGES - If any property or equipment is broken or damaged during the shoot you must inform the owner of the damage prior to leaving the booking space. Failure to do so, may result in inability to book the space in the future. - A fine or cost of damages may be collected by the owner. Payment amount is specific to type of damage and value of item and will be addressed on a case by case basis. Payment request will be sent in the form of an invoice 24-72 hours after booking has ended. - You may pay to extend your booking depending on our studio’s schedule. Please inform us about possible overtime as soon as possible so we can determine if your booking can be extended MUSIC -Music is allowed but must be played at a respectable volume. Failure to do so can result in a warning or up to conclusion of the reservation. The severity of discipline will be left up to the owners discretion.
