This home was designed in the 1950's by Philadelphian architect George Daub, famous for his work on the iconic PSFS building in Center City. The sunsets are magical and early mornings ethereal in this mid-century modern gem. In the warmer months, you can enjoy the sound of the waterfall from the overlooking deck. The open floor plan of the combo living and dining spaces feature many original elements - built in glass cabinet, floor to ceiling fireplace, expansive windows. The home has been intentionally decorated with vintage furnishings from the era and a complimentary modern pieces. The living/dining space & outdoor spaces are available for use and ideal for a photo shoot or interview with limited crew. Please note that the pictured space is the only access; this is not a whole house rental. There is a noted capacity limit of 10, please do not inquiry if you have a crew larger than 10 without clear justification.
