This stylish home is a destination within itself. Enjoy the outdoor wet kitchen and BBQ with friends and family to stir up drinks after catching some sunshine by the heated pool. Later, prepare some family style dishes in our sleek open kitchen if you don’t feel like eating out. There’s a desk, too, if you need to catch up on some work. This spacious open concept layout makes this the perfect home for creating. The space LOCATION: The home is nested in a residential area for peace and quiet. Take a straight shot drive Pines Blvd and end up at Hollywood beach for a day in the ocean or drive a few minutes to Pembroke Lakes Mall for shopping. MASTER BEDROOM: Features a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, large closet and TV. SECOND BEDROOM: Features a queen size bed and closet THIRD BEDROOM: Features 2 twin beds and a twin trundle bed, to sleep 3 guests. OFFICE: There is a small desk nook in the living room, perfect for a laptop working space. KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and everything you'd need to cook at home during your stay. Enjoy the wine fridge for chilled white wines, or the dine in island for breakfast. LIVING ROOM: The home offers two living areas and an open concept dining area. The front living area has an electric fireplace, leather sofa, which also turns into a futon if needed. The back living area has a large TV and comfortable seating, perfect for movie night. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, free WiFi (400+ Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. The home has basic cable. Pictured toiletries, linens and towels included. Pool Towels are available for your use. Please note, washcloths are not included in our linen and towel services. OUTDOOR SPACE: Outdoor wet kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove and a BBQ grill. There is a lot of counter space, TV and sink. There is an outdoor shower and seating. The pool is heated at 79 degrees as a fixed temperature. PARKING: Parking in driveway for up to 3 cars. Note: the garage does not fit any cars. PET POLICY: This is not a pet-friendly property. PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: You can order packages to be left at the door. This is a standalone property. There is no front desk or doorman. EXTRAS: We offer concierge services to our guests, so if you'd like to book a service like a boat, a chef or a massage you can let us know and our concierge can arrange this and more for you. NOTE: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. Also, the property is equipped with noise detection devices. No surveillance is located inside the home. All guests must be registered with host. SAFETY: We follow all CDC regulations for cleaning and sanitation. Feel safe staying here as all precautionary measures are taken to ensure disinfectant surfaces in the unit. *This property has surveillance cameras on its exterior.* GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed. PLEASE NOTE: No smoking and noise level after 10pm must be low in respect to the neighbors. The Climate & Bugs: Florida has one of the most incredible tropical climates which allows for that Summer feel all year round. However, be sure to layer on the sunscreen and keep hydrated as it can get quite hot and humid here in the sun, and be mindful of the occasional tropical rainstorms. We are lucky to have such an incredibly diverse ecosystem here in Miami, with a variety of different plants, lizards, bugs, and more. All of our properties are inspected often, and treated with pest control once a month. We share this as you may see some of these local "visitors" from time to time but we do work to mitigate and treat them regularly. :) Guest access Full home will be at guest disposal. We are nearby and ready to help if there are any questions. We also offer full service concierge to our guests, should they need to book reservations, an in house massage, chef, boat or more.
