About the Space

A spacious multi use photo studio. We have created a space for any business owner, entrepreneur or influencer who needs to content create. Front room has a modern clean aesthetic with big windows that allow natural light fill the room. Left side has a bright clean aesthetic with wainscoting detail perfect for lingerie, ball gowns or anything classy. Right side has an emerald green monochromatic coffee shop aesthetic. Red and black room was created for those who want to express creativity. Red side is y2k rock and roll inspired. Black side is perfect for podcasts with multi colored lighting provided. Be sure to bring your flash or lighting if you plan on shooting in our black and red room. Spacious getting ready room with vanity. Full-height warehouse with roll up garage door and skylight. Perfect for large backdrops or small product shots. Our studio is perfect for big photo shoots with lots of space to create.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Studio was absolutely perfect! There were different kinds of chairs and stools that I was able to use in my shoot. It had great natural lighting and plenty of rooms to shoot different kinds of photos. So grateful to Victoria for letting me create my perfect birthday photo shoot!

Victoria was quick to respond and provided wonderful customer service. The space with everything that we needed it to be in a photo studio! We were very impressed by the different props and furniture available to us, as well as ancillary Photography items like a Lighting and Backdrops. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we hope to partner with Victoria again!!

I had a great time doing my photoshoot I loved the different rooms and scenes there was! Was perfect for all my models, the photoshoot went really well, everyone had a blast! The owner is very communicative, answered right away when I had any questions. Definitely will be booking again!

This studio was perfect! It had everything that we needed for our photo shoot/video shoot. The different walls in each room gave us so many options and allowed us to run multiple shoots at once. We will definitely be booking here again! Veronica was also very easy to work with!

I have never booked or rented a space before! The experience was super easy and Victoria was communicative and responds quickly. Ended up using 3 different areas of the studio and I think the photos will turn out really beautifully for my engagement photos!

Yes, I would book again.

I can't get over the natural light in this studio! For my booking I just used the front room. I was able to shoot two 3-4 looks and was blessed with such beautiful light. I didn't need to bring any flash. The studio was clean and checking in and out was a breeze. Victoria was able to answer some questions I had prior to my booking. I definitely want to come back to utilize the other rooms/spaces!
