2000 sqft multi-functional space to host dance classes, parties, events, group lessons, rehearsals, karaoke, live music, recording, music production, filming, photoshoots, livestream... The whole venue includes: (1) a 20ft*20ft (400 sqft) dance room with double mirrored walls, mixer / full sound system, gym padding available, disco lights, projector and screen. (2) a 21ft*15ft (315sqft) multi-use gathering room with full sound system, projector and screen, green screen set up, grey backdrop, lighting and soft box lights for photography and filming, loveseat and couch. (3) Kitchen area with multiple countertops, 2 small refrigerators, sink, electric stove, microwave oven, and a futon. (4) Two washrooms. (5) Music Production / Recording Room with 2 Recording Booths, high quality microphones, mixer and equipment. **Four folding tables (6 feet) and 21 folding chairs available.** PRICE: The price for booking one room for smaller things such as dance classes, filming or rehearsals is 20$ per hour. For PARTIES and EVENTS with more than 20 people:  These bookings are custom priced depending on what is needed, how many people,  how long, dates and times etc.  (Friday and Saturday evening parties of 30-60 people starts at 380$.) Must Agree to the Following Conditions: You are responsible for any damages or missing items by you or your guest. No Smoking inside our facilities. No underage drinking. No illegal activities within. No physical abuse or fighting. No dangerous behavior. Be respectful to the staff. Clean any major messes you create. Do not disturb or leave any mess at any nearby plaza units.
