Includes a 452 sqft suite that is connected to the house, but creates a private space with a separate entrance to a private kitchenette, large bath, and bedroom to accommodate extra guests. Plus, our city’s finest tourist attractions are just outside your doorstep, Old Town Scottsdale, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Fashion Square, the McCormick Ranch Golf Course, and more. Request the keys to our fully-functional Japanese firetruck and take it out for a spin around town. The firetruck is available for daily rental on a first come, first served basis. A key code will be provided to guests for the duration of their stay. We require all our guests to agree to our house policies prior to booking. We do not allow parties or events in our space and ask that you keep noise to a reasonable level as per city guidelines. Unauthorized events or parties will result in an additional fee of up to $1,000.00, plus applicable charges for any damages. Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the property, and we charge an additional pet fee if you plan on bringing pets. Please contact us directly for more details.
