About the Space
Large open plan kitchen with fixed breakfast table, dining table and really adaptable space for film shoots with south facing garden so natural light all day long. Contemporary design. 4 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms and lounge. Been used in adverts for Asda, The Co-op, Google, Photobox to name a few. Recees can be arranged at 24 hour notice. Great for; photo shoots, film shoots, commercial shoots, fashion shoots, product shoots.

Parking description
The local council allow larger filming crews to pay for parking restrictions to block certain number of parking spaces on the street (when we've had filming crew previously this is how they've catered to their parking needs). However, as parking restrictions are only 9-10am and 3-4pm (Monday to Saturday), if a smaller crew I can purchase for visitor permits of car licence plates are provided.
Space has natural light

Lighting description
Two large velux windows in the pitched roof and bi-folding doors to provide natural light with a south facing garden. The brightest times are sunrise to 4/5ish. There are blinds for the bi-folding and kitchen window but not blackout curtains. Recently film crew filmed a night scene fairly easily using blackout material.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Quiet street but it under Heathrow flight path but not as noisy as Richmond / Hounslow, depends upon whether flights are landing east to west at Heathrow. Probably 2/3 flights an hour you can hear. Can't hear neighbours during day and they are both really quiet fortunately.

Entrance has two steps but fairly low. There is no loading zone.

Electrical system description
10 power outlets in the kitchen. Circuit breaker under the stairs for the ground and first floor. For the top floor, circuit breaker is in the loft.

General Rules
No smoking in the house. Be quiet outside of the property and be respectful of our neighbours. Be careful when lifting furniture don't scrap it on the wooden floorboards.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Not removed from the house. Lifted not scrapped on the floor. Wall decorations can be removed.

Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning for high touch surfaces. All bathrooms disinfected.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
